I Figured Out Why my Business Isn’t Growing

I took “the big leap” and started my business from home about a year ago.  Although, it was a slow start, it gradually grew, and then subsequently leveled off.  I wanted to get some advice from an unbiased party but I didn’t know who to consult with.

I have gotten advice from associates within my industry and although I would like to take their advisement into consideration I am a bit skeptical of their qualifications.  Also, as much as I feel I have created a network of ally’s in my industry it is still a competitive market therefore I question any hidden agenda.  However, I did have a friend suggest I hire a company to perform customer satisfaction surveys and that idea made a lot of sense.  After all, how can I expose why my customers aren’t buying more if I don’t ask?

Surprisingly, the first customer survey completed revealed why my business is stunted which is because of a lack of variety in the product I offer.  I have since added some additional options in my business and I am already seeing the growth I was looking for.  Next I plan to implement a customer service survey and I think I will finally have a good handle on what has stagnated my production.

    Hey there,

Thank you very much for the links to the site. However, I noticed the link to NBRII’s customer service surveys page is not correct. I believe the correct page is this:

    http://www.nbrii.com/Customer_Surveys/Service.html

    “.html” instead of “.htm”

Can I ask you to change this for me? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks again,

    Shawn
